After approval of Resolution in UN Security Council, North Korea announced to boost Military And Nuclear Capabilities.


Earlier Un Security Council condemned North Korea's Rocket Launch in December 2012.


North Korean foreign Minister told the state news agency that they will take measures to boost and strengthen defensive military power including nuclear deterrence.


North Korea also announced to end the negotiations to UN.
