ANOTHER BRITISH SOLDIER KILLED IN AFGHANISTAN.

A soldier from a Gurkha regiment takes aim during a clash with insurgents in Helmand province

The soldier from 28 engineer regiment attached to 21 engineer regiment was killed by a man wearing an Afghan military uniform on Monday evening.

The incident at a patrol base in Nahr-e-Saraj district of Helmand province.

The man turned his weapon on both Afghan and British soldiers. Apart from the fatality several others were wounded before the attacker was killed.

This year alone 6 soldiers have been killed by these Taliban members who have got past the screening process and joined the Afghan national army.

The Taliban have resorted to these tactics which so far have been undetected until it was too late.
