J. J. "Swat" Watt and the Texans are on their way to New England after defeating the Cincinnati Bengals by a score of 19-13. It was a good effort by the Texans this evening in Houston. .

The Texans will have to take advantage of their opportunities against the Patriots. The Texans blew two opportunities in the red zone coming away with field goals. They will have to capitalize on their red zone opportunities next week.

Matt Schaub will also have to play error free football. He threw a pick six that could have cost the team today. Other than that the Texans dominated on both sides of the ball. Houston ran the ball well with Arian Foster who had 140 yards rushing and one touchdown.

The defense played a great game today allowing only 207 total yards. The Texans suffocated the Bengals in the first half limiting them to less than 50 yards of total offense. That's a great effort but they will face a potent offense in the Patriots next week.

J.J. Watt swatted the ball again today and showed his dominance on defense. J. J. continues to find ways to change the momentum of games. He continues to amaze me.

The key to the game for Houston will be the ability of Arian to run the ball well against New England and Schaub will have to improve in the passing game. If the Texans can only score 19 points next week they won't have a chance of winning the game. The Patriots are too strong a team and will likely score 24-30 points next week.
