Washington: Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee Reintroduced Congressional Gold Medal Bill For Malala Yousafzai.

Sheila Jackson Lee represent a Bill to award Malala Yousafzai Congressional Gold Medal for her excellence services to education.

Earlier, Sheila introduced a resolution in Congress on Nov. 13, 2012 which was not passed by the congress, since. Therefore she reintroduced the bill before Congress.

Malala worked for education and peace in her area and wrote many pages against war and Taliban. She sent her pages to international media. International media responded her and she became educational and peace activist.

Taliban attacked on her and she injured with her school girls. Government of Pakistan shifted her Birmingham hospital where she discharged yesterday.
