    Michael Phelps

Conspiracy theorists have posted footage on the Internet allegedly showing that Michael Phelps didn't touch the wall according to FINA rules in his 100M Butterfly race in the Beijing Olympics.

A photo shows his competitor who was awarded second apparently touching with two hands while Phelps only touches with one.

Did FINA and the Beijing Olympics committee overlook this technicality to keep the Phelps medal dream alive?
