The distribution of shooting rampages in the United States of America suggests that there is significant number of mentally deranged individuals roaming throughout America. There is a need to scour each American community to find out individuals who are mentally deranged. Mental health screening must be done as a requirement like drug test.

Gun control if not gun eradication is to be put in place soon accompanied by mental health test. If gun control measures are delayed and mental screening is not given attention then, shooting spree remains a menace confronting every state of America.

How many more shooting sprees to happen before gun ban and mental screening will be enforced?
