The Jets will start Greg McElroy on Sunday. The Jets will host the San Diego Chargers. Tim Tebow will be the the third quarterback on the Jets depth chart and may not dress up in his Jets uniform for the game.

New York Jets football head coach Rex Ryan said on Friday at the news confernce "I'm not going to make that announcement now because quite honestly, it's going to be a coach's decision and I'll go ahead and make that decision later. I've said there's a possibility all three will be [active], there's a possibility that two will be [active] and I'm not going to make that decision yet."

Mehta has reported the Jets to explore all options with Sanchez in the offseason. Sanchez might be traded to another team or the Jets will keep him on the roster and pay him his guaranteed salary of $8.25 million.

Sanchez said on Friday "I've haven't really thought much about it, I'm focused on this game and the next week and then we'll access all that stuff at a later date."

Stay tuned to the soap opera that is playing with the New York Jets. It should be very interesting what happens in the offseason.
