Human rights watch has declared the forgiveness of Talibans to be against international laws. The organization has gone through the research of war crimes of talibans. Human rights have declared it illegal to free Taliban leaders to take part in Afghan peace work. Few days back, Afghan peace organization announced forgiveness and removal from UN for those talibans who are participating in Afghan peace movement. America has also announced forgiveness to important commanders of Taliban for improving peace with Talibans. Human rights Watch, an organization of human rights, have strongly condemned it. The war crimes of talibans are not to be forgiven but they should all be investigated. The organization further said that signing a peace contract after forgiving severe crimes is degradation of humanity. Afghan peace council cannot go against international laws otherwise the international court will be brought in.
