Who took notice for Porn watching by youth generation in cyber café?

I do not understand why Govt or PTA not takes any pre-caution steps to block all material which have vulgarity Porn material totally spoiling youth generations.

If asked any youth to offer Namaz or read Holy Quran or do some higher advance studies than showing totally lack of interest and time but if you ask youth to watch porn in cyber café than 2 hours will be lesser time for enjoyment.

Even youth generation more interest to do chatting in messenger or face book to expand his social net works but do not worry about his future prospects or life after death, what he did for Judgment day?

Why not make a surprise visit to all cyber cafes running in our country and impose fine with those cyber café who are running porn which is spoiling the youth generations but they seeing good money coming no matter if spoil thousand of youth generation than no harm to them.

I totally suggest to PTA why not block all porn sites? For which reasons or wishes they are not blocked such object able sites which a youth can't see in his home along with their parents or brothers/sisters that reasons prefer to cyber café feeling the safer place and have privacy to watch porn movies, but first the youth own self axing his feet's and washing their parents dreams too to get higher education or did some things so their family members become proud of his sons or daughters.

It is not only duty or responsibility of Govt or PTA to block porn sites but why concern parents do not take strict notice and keep lion's eyes and asked their kids what reasons they spending time in cyber café for what reasons even most of youth got their net available at home but do not use when desire to watch blue or porn movies?
