Shocking Updates from FATA
Hamid Mir, a Pakistani journalist and editor, reveals shocking update from FATA. Hamid claims there is no operation against Taliban or Al Qaida but against the poor people of FATA and that the territory west of Bannu is "lost" and no longer a part of Pakistan. He goes on to challenge President of Pakistan Asif Zardari and Interior Minister of Pakistan Rehman malik to show him one dead body of a militant that has been killed. He goes on to say Zardari appears too weak to do anything to change the situation.

There is a rumor that Hamid Mir resigns from GEO, a popular private TV channel of Pakistan. Hamid Mir included some visuals of civilians suffering in Bajour in his show but government stopped it through Azhar Abbas(MD Geo News) who is brother of Major General Ather Abbas DG ISPR(Inter Services Public Relations). He was very disturbed and he was saying that media will be responsible if something bad happen to Pakistan because media is hiding truth just to please some Army Generals.
