Nobel Peace Prize laureate Barack Obama's name is missing, however.

Obama already was quoted as saying Manning is guilty. Of course as commander-in-chief that means Manning has already been convicted.

Agree there that Manning was doing
the right thing, for which he is
being punished even before a proper
trial. Its time all right thinking
Americans spoke up for his release.
