Supreme court has accepted the bail of Yar Muhammad Rind in kidnapping for ransom case. Chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary addressed the hearing. Supreme court has ordered 5 lakh fine on Yar Muhammad Rind while accepting the bail. Supreme court has ordered to release Yar Muhammad from Secretariat jail if he is not involved in any other case. During the hearing chief justice said that one should be careful, Yar Muhammad was declared guilty in his absence. Declaring punishment in absence is also condemned in NRO case. Prosecutor said that Yar Muhammad also has killing allegations and warrants have already been issued. After that the hearing was extended till 19 November.
