An abducted French girl was rescued from the trunk of her abductor's car on Friday afternoon after it was stopped over by police during a routine traffic stop in Germany.
The French girl has been identified as Chloe Rodriguez. According to the latest details, Rodriguez was reported missing in her hometown in Sothern France last week. Thankfully, she was found alive and well in a 32-year-old man's car and saved from a bad fate. She reported that she remembered everything about her captor - his car, its license plate and his appearance -, but she did not dare go against his wishes for fear he might hurt her. Lucky for her, her captor had not done anything bad to her.
The police stopped her kidnapper, a man whose name has not been released by the authorities, and while checking his car, they found Rodriguez in the car's trunk. She was tied up, but apparently unhurt and immediately rushed to the hospital. Her doctors reported that Rodriguez had not been hurt, but had cried a lot and was physically exhausted.
Chloe Rodriguez was reported missing on Nov. 9 after she went to her friend's house on her scooter. She was kidnapped before she actually reached her friend's place and since then, search had been going on for her. Rodriguez's scooter and belongings were found six miles away from where she was kidnapped, but her helmet was not there.
After hearing about Chloe's discovery, her parents were relieved and sent out their thanks to all those who helped them during this difficult time. They reported that their daughter was admitted in a hospital, but that she was doing well.
Chloe Rodriguez's kidnapper is reportedly from Southern France. He had just been released from jail in September after serving his time for committing sex crimes against six women.
Rodriguez's kidnapper was convicted in May 2009 of physically and sexually assaulting six women. All her victims were women travelling alone in the streets of their community, either on foot or bicycle and were helpless at the time of their kidnapping.
Currently, the man is being held at a jail in Germany.
