BCS Standings 2012: Complete Week 13 Rankings Updates and Results

The BCS race turns into upside down when Oregon and Kansas State, the two teams ahead of the Irish in the AP and BCS standings, each lost. Now Notre Dame will control its own fate as it tries to capture its first national title in 24 years.

Now it's Notre Dame and Alabama turn to assume a berth for BCS Championship game. The Fighting Irish has to beat arch-rival USC at their home turf on week 13. Alabama Crimson Tide must beat Auburn and then win the SEC championship game against Georgia. Florida State and even Clemson in the ACC to Oregon in the Pac-12 – are still alive in the BCS championship chase.

The latest BCS Standings with computer rankings for Week 13 will be available today Sunday to find out how far would Oregon and Kansas State drops in the BCS standings results.

1.Kansas State (10-1, 7-1 Big 12) Collin Klein and second-ranked Kansas State can still get to a BCS game. Getting to the BCS championship game is all but lost after a 52-24 loss at Baylor on Saturday night.

2.Oregon (10-1, 7-1, 1st Pac-12 North) Oregon a chance to clinch the Pac-12 North's spot in the conference championship game but Stanford clipped the Ducks wings and denied them in OT loss 17-14. Their bid for a national championship nearly thrown in the sink, hopefully not.

3.Notre Dame (11-0, 1-0, 1st Independents) Notre Dame Fighting Irish shutdown Wake Forest 38-0 to finish the season undefeated at home for the first time since 1998. Notre Dame BCS standings expected them on top with Kansas State and Oregon loss.

4.Alabama (10-1, 6-1, 1st SEC West) Crimson Tides bounced back a loss to Texas A&M in a 49-0 victory over Western Carolina. It's Alabama third shutout this year.

5.Georgia (9-1, 7-1, 1st SEC East) Bulldogs bounced back from a sluggish start to blow out Georgia Southern 45-14. Georgia has still a shot at BCS Championship.

6.Florida (10-1, 7-1, 2nd SEC East) Gators rely on a strong defensive effort to win their final home game 23-0 win against Jacksonville State.

7.LSU (9-2, 5-2 SEC) Jeremy Hill scored his third touchdown on a 1-yard plunge with 15 seconds left to lift the Tigers to a 41-35 victory over relentless but mistake-prone Mississippi on Saturday.

8.Texas A&M (9-2, 5-2, 2nd SEC West) Johnny Football throws and run with ease in beating Sam Houston State 47-28 Saturday.

9.South Carolina (9-2, 6-2, 3rd SEC East) Gamecocks pulled out a 24-7 win over FCS opponent Wofford on Saturday.

10.Florida State (10-1, 7-1, 1st Atlantic Coast) Seminoles earn a berth in the Atlantic Coast Conference title can now turn its attention toward making a run at the national championship by beating Maryland 41-14 on Saturday.

11.Clemson (10-1, 7-1 2nd Atlantic Coast) Clemson Tigers overwhelmed 62-48 win over North Carolina State on Saturday.

12.Oklahoma (8-2, 6-1, 2nd Big 12) Sooners pull out a win in scoring battle to prevail 50-49 over West Virginia on Saturday night.

13.Stanford (9-2, 7-1, 1st Pac-12 North) Cardinals pulls a 17-14 upset in OT, as both Stanford and Oregon has one conferense loss, if the both win in their final games next weekend means Stanford will win the head-to-head matchup and go to the Pac-12 championship for a chance to play in the Rose Bowl. BCS standing can go up on week 13.

14.Nebraska (9-2, 6-1, 1st Big Ten Legends) With 38-14 victory over Minnesota on Saturday, Nebraska can clinch the Legends Division title - and a berth in the conference championship game against Wisconsin on Dec. 1 - with a win at Iowa on Friday or a Michigan loss at Ohio State Saturday.

15.Texas (8-2, 5-2, 3rd Big 12) Longhorns has their practice week will face TCU on Week 13.

16.Oregon State (8-2, 6-2 Pac-12) Beavers in California 62-14 rout on Saturday and will face Oregon in the a marquee game Week 13.

17.UCLA (9-2, 6-2, 1st Pac-12 South) UCLA beat No. 21 USC 38-28 Saturday, clinching the Pac-12 South title

18.USC (7-4, 5-4, 2nd Pac-12 South) With 38-28 loss to arch-rival Bruins, Lane Kiffin has disappointing season despite USC's star-studded lineup led by senior NFL bound Matt Barkley

19.Louisville (9-1, 4-1, 2nd Big East) Cardinals enjoys practice week after suffering their first loss to Syracuse and plays Connecticut on Week 13.

20.Louisiana Tech (9-2, 4-1, 1st Western Athletic) Bulldogs lost 48-41 to Utah State on Saturday.

21.Michigan (8-3, 6-1, 1st Big Ten - Legends) Wolverines rout Iowa 42-17 on Saturday. Wolverines can earn a spot in the Big Ten title game is to have a chance to end an eight-year drought without a conference championship, Michigan should win at Ohio State and has to hope the Iowa Hawkeyes can stun the Cornhuskers on week 13.

22.Rutgers (9-1, 5-0, 1st Big East) Rutgers stayed in control of the Big East with another shut-down performance by its defense for a 10-3 victory over Cincinnati on Saturday.

24.Oklahoma State (7-3,5-2, 3rd Big 12) Cowboys spoiled No. 23 Texas Tech BCS ranking top 25 entry on Saturday in the 59-21 win.

25.Washington (7-4, 5-3), 4th Pac-12 - North) Washington overcame hapless Colorado 38-3 on Saturday for the Huskies' fourth straight win.
