And so you should be Scared Anyvoice, as should we all. The tools that have been put into place that have the capacity to enter every part of a persons life this last decade are piling up.

Imo, the final straw, the key, the ultimate weapon for Federal agencies to partake in any of its citizens privacy, will kick off this next year.

The facility in Utah is coming online. A one million Sq. foot facility funded with Tax Dollars and supplied constantly with the state-of-the-art in encription busting software and hardware unsurpassed, will have the capacity to read and store every single over the internet transmission for the next 1000 years, FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD!

Of course the 'reason' is to keep Americans safe. It's a 'black' operation so we have to take the word of operators. But why would a facility with 60,000 tons of cooling towers be needed one asks,,, is two billion in a computer facility nesessary... and that is initially.

When one looks at the 300,000 flight plans applied for by Homeland Security, one might see where such a facility might be needed, taking into account video. Interestingly, a program has been started(Federal... aren't all the good ones Fed?lol)where any locality can apply for a drone, free drones, tax paid for drones. The program seems best suited for the application to include in the request, two drones...requested at the same time. Even without the drones being used, approvals are being applied to those wishing additional drones(Nothing like having a full garage, heh?).

In all fairness,,, the use of the drones is being delayed due to the "interference" of the ACLU, whereby an outline of how the drones will be used is being prepaired to avoid such delicate things like civil liberties. Now, obviously, since the 'black" operating basis of the facility and program will run under will have no comeback worries, the ACLU is only a delaying tactic.

So, every single transmission will be filtered, correlated and indexed. And video will back any second look. This may not seem such a bad thing at face value... but when has face value ever been the true measure of what the Federal Govt puts into place?

Ultimately, I believe any whom 'disagree' the the Central Govt will be restrained from disagreeing simply due to fear that at some point, somewhere, somehow (and it is well known that the paradigm exists for everyone by the age of 18 years old)everyone is at somepoint, intentionally or not, out of compliance with some law, regulance or code. And if not, it will be made to appear as possible, as the assets that are being put into place can never be rebutted.

J. Edgar Hoover is drooling in his grave.

" moving to..." For those with asperations and/or beliefs that simply 'leaving' is the answer, please make due preparations.
The Veterans Bill Obama signed has a rider, not discussed as I have found by mainstream. That rider makes 50% of ones wealth forfiet, with abandoning ones citizensship, ie; taking another.
Collection will be done by the IRS, via the BIS(Banking Interchange System (the one America paticipates in-50 countries). Not paying it(50%) constitutes violation and subjects one to apprehension by both American enforcement and cooperating Foriegn 'Officials'. One might also consider these 'Foriegn cooperating countries' extend beyond the BIS membership and ultimately, there is nothing to refrain the IRS from participating in a reward system for recovery(of your money.... and your personage).

Hypotheticly, one could move to a near east country, say, one of those whom wish to exchange their oil in other than petrodollars. These can be found easily as we have or threatened to bomb them on a, at least, biyearly basis. Other opportunites exist for Banking in a Socialist regime, as they have the same kind of penalties for withdrawing from said Banking and revenue collection cartels, but are at least, under a different and competing Banking interchange system.

Fiat currency systems, gotta love 'em, can't leave 'em.

Thank you for reading and commenting MikeDar.

Indeed, the prospect is frightening of the capabilities of facilities like the one you describe. We can be thankful the ACLU continues to fight for our freedoms. Let's hope the changing face of the House of Representatives will reflect the general public's skepticism of laws like the Patriot Act that have some redeeming features but also compromise our civil liberties. We much be ready to not just complain, but offer solutions and those need to go to our congressman and with us to the ballot box. 2014 could see the House back to the Democrats.

Dava,

You must be kidding, didn't you know that's the job of the executive branch not the House? Otherwise why were you hating Bush II so much.
