Thanks Nina..
I don't think the US will attack Iran soon . They want the "Iranian threat" to persist in the region to make sure they are still needed and valued by the oil rich gulf countries(GCC).

Welcome Saleh. Thanks for the
feedback. Wonder just what were
the US drone surveying in the
region? I too don't think they
will be attacking Iran any time
in the near future.

This is another case of he said, no he said. Who is to know who is telling the truth. According to the US the drone was 16 miles east of the Iranian shore line and 12 miles is within Iranian waters. Iran claims the opposite.

The Hawks, of course, call it an act of war and the State Department doesn't want to get into the legal definition. I think everyone can come to their own conclusion. People will believe what they want to believe, it' the nature of the beast.

Nina if you see the drone as a provocation, then perhaps the remainder of the oil hungry globe should take over the responsibility of providing security for the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. Isn't the US doing the dirty work for the remainder of the oil hungry energy seeking economies?

Probably US can ask its allies
to share some of its burdens
in the gulf. In doing so, however,
let it not look like a threat to
Iranians.

Karl, yes both US and Iran will
give their own versions as to
where the Predator drone was
heading towards. However it does
not take away from the fact that
Iran has every right to take
action on any potential threat
to it in the region. Thanks for
the feedback.

Karl, have to answer above..
well, times are different
now, its a tense standoff
between US and Israel on
one hand and Iran on the
other. So its natural Iran
is being extra vigilant
and especially wary of US
drones. By the way ...who
is provoking whom here...????

These drones have been doing surveillance of the Persian golf for years. Why now? If it was in fact in international waters, as the US professes, then why provoke the US?

Well, he can always pick up
the phone and find out what
exactly happened and who
was violating whose airspace.
Thanks for that interesting
feedback George.

After the Pentagon plans to recruit anti-Gaddafi Libyan militias, to be U.S. commandos in Lybia after Benghazi attack terror case, news reports about it, has gone up in the world's news agency, Reuters, AFP, which reports news agency Antara News Indonesia.

Surely Americans can monitor any area of the country, not just Iran, because the U.S. has the technology. That is the basic theory of democracy has died, that absolute freedom is the right of every nation. If the drone reasoned that, in my opinion, Americans have violated state other nations in the world. Thank you Nina. Best Regard.
