Sindh bails local Government ordinance 2012 is been challenged in Supreme Court. The accessories in the petition are Dr. Ishratul ebad, Sayad Qayem ali shah, chief law secretary and secretary local government. There is a possibility of double standard by Sindh bails ordinance and it’s against article 4,5,8,32,25,40. So therefore this ordinance should be canceled.
