A neighbor of actor Tom Cruise is arrested for trespassing into his home

Los Angeles California A neighbor of actor Tom Cruise was taken into custody Sunday evening on charges of trespassing into the Cruise home in Beverly Hills.

The intruder was identified as a 41 year old man who was seen by a security guard at the Cruise residence trying to climb the fence in order to get into the Cruise home.

The security guard used a stun gun to make the intruder submit until the police arrived to take him into custody. The intruder who appeared to be drunk was taken to the hospital to be treated for his tasering from the scurity guard.

Tom Cruise nor his family members were home at the time of the incident.

Cruise, 50 of "Mission Impossible" movie star fame has filed a $50 million lawsuit for defamation of character against Life and Style and In Touch Weekly magazine for stories that were published that Cruise and Katie Holmes abandoned their six year daughter Suri.
