Gilberto Valle (28), a cop of the New York City police officer had plans to kidnap, kill, cook and eat 100 women – his plan was to lay traps for his victims through fetish chat rooms, kidnap and torture them and then make a meal out of their body parts.

From his database in his computer of 100 probable women, the police have come across two cases in which he has identified his v targets ‘Victim 1’ and ‘Victim 2’.

He has been arrested.

A document found in the room of the cannibal cop was titled – ‘Abducting and Cooking (Victim 1): A Blueprint,’ – it had the woman's date of birth apart from personal information and a list of 'materials needed’ to fulfill his evil designs – like a car, chloroform and rope.

It seems the officer's wife had alerted New York authorities about his chilling online activities – that had triggered the investigation and subsequent arrest by the FBI.
