There are databases for exercise and food so you know what you really are burning. It is quite hard, even impossible for me to tell you everything that there is in this section. There is some expert coaching videos as well.
This is an accelerated program to help maximize results. For some reason this part was not something that I really enjoyed but if you see this being fit for you I say that you should go for it.
