Is Pakistan about to become the Next Iraq?

The latest from Pakistan is that Islamabad is ready to retaliate any future strikes by foreign troops from the Afghan side and it would be made clear to US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Michael Mullen in his meetings with Pakistan civil and military leaders today.

I am sad to hear that we, the US, are taking strikes at a sovereign country, as we seem to think that the tribal areas of Pakistan are harboring militants. To me this is another Iraq and we have not learned from our mistakes. We are killing innocent women and children in these tribal areas. The people of the tribal areas are destitute and are in great need for development not bombs.

I have been hearing recently that both the Bush and Obama side support these strikes. I am disappointed in both sides.
