Abu Hamza has been indicted in the US on charges including setting up an Al-Qaeda-style training camp in Oregon

Extremist Islamic Alim Abu Hamza and 4 other terrorists are deported to America, among these deported people one Pakistani origin English citizen is also included, Two judges of High Court rejected the appeals of Qanmbari Park Mosque , North London’s former Imam, 54 years old Abu Hamza and 4 other culprits, Babar Ahmad, Sayed Ahsan, Khalid ul Foz and Adil Abdul Bari and ordered their immediate deport to America. High court gave that decision at the refusal of European Court of Human Rights to interfere and at the refusal of Law Minister to stop their deport. Cases were registered against all these criminals in the American court from 1999 to 2006 in their involvement in the different incidents of terrorism. 11 allegations were on Abu Hamza, including taking hostage of 16 people in Syria in 1998, took part in Jihad in Afghanistan in 2001, and the allegation of establishing Jihad training camps in Oregon from June 2000 to December 2001. Abu Hamza is a disabled person who is charged these allegations. Babar Ahmad is a computer expert of South London, who is charged against supporting terrorism and running a website to invoke terrorism. Bari and Al Foz are charged against bomb blasting or supporting these acts against the American consulates in Nairobi and Darul Islam along with their 20 other members
