Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg and Countess Stephanie de Lannoy of Belgium were married in a religious ceremony at the Cathedral of our Lady of Luxembourg.
The 30-year old hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg who is reportedly the last hereditary Prince in Europe to get married, officially tyed the knot yesterday in a civil ceremony with his 28-year old Belgian Countess bride Stephanie de Lannoy in a 2-day ceremony.
For their religious wedding ceremony today, Princess Stephanie wore an ivory and silver lacewedding gown with a 13-foot train, topped off with a delicate diamond tiara and attached tulle veil.
As the new Princess of Luxembourg, the former Countess from Belgium has renounced her Belgian citizenship. Quite the linguist already, Stephanie speaks both French and Germain, which are two of Luxembourg's primary languages but is still learning the third language of Luxembourgish.
