Israeli army spokeswoman said the Israeli navy seized a ship carrying international activists loyal to the Palestinians in the Mediterranean Sea on Saturday to prevent them from violating the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.
He added that no one was hurt when he came aboard Marine Estelle were diverted to the port of Ashdod in southern Israel after it ignored orders to stay away from the Gaza Strip under the control of the Islamic Resistance Movement ().
