Libyan authorities announced Saturday the arrest of Moussa Ibrahim another one of Muammar Gaddafi regime officials, Moussa Ibrahim, his former speaker , in conjunction with the anniversary of the killing of Gaddafi in October 20 / 2011 after an armed conflict lasted eight months
