A commission of inquiry announced Wednesday after being questioned as part of an investigation on charges of "preparing for large-scale disturbances."
According to the Russian Investigation Commission said in a statement that "Sergei Aodaltsov questioned as a suspect and imposed pledge not to leave his residence," a kind of house arrest in Russian law.
Several sources, including the wife of Aodaltsov , Anastasia, confirmed the arrest of opposition in the pending investigation. The Commission of Inquiry confirmed on Wednesday morning to open an investigation against Aodaltsov, one faces of opposition to Vladimir Putin, on the basis of a documentary film aired close to the power network which confirmed that he intended to overthrow the government by force.
The spokesman of the inquiry , Vladimir Markin said in a statement to open an investigation on charges of "preparing for large-scale disturbances."
Markin said the decision to open an investigation was made "after verification of the information about the configuration of the widespread unrest in Moscow and other areas mentioned in the film ".
