Almost two suspected insurgents and three children were killed in a bombing of the forces of the NATO mission in Afghanistan (ISAF) registered in the south of the country, an official source in Afghanistan.

An ISAF spokesman, Adam Wojach, confirmed the bombing raised to three the number of dead insurgents, but could not provide details about the alleged death of children. "We are investigating the incident, and when we have any conclusions to inform the media," added Wojach.
