Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was very much on-trend this week as she tended to several public engagements, attired in burgundy and plum.
Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge began their week meeting with several Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Scholarship, Queen Mother Scholarship, and the Diana, Princess of Wales Scholarship recipients during their visit to Middle Temple on October 8, 2012 in London.
Duchess Catherine looked smart in her double-breasted above-the-knee burgundy suit by designer Paule Ka, teamed with a black lace camisole and accessorized with black stockings and black pumps, while William sported his usual, a navy suit, teamed this time with a pale blue shirt and burgundy tie.
For her visit to Newcastle Civic Centre in Newcastle Upon Tyne on October 10, Kate wore a high collared plum coat to top her burgundy knee-length dress, belted at the waist with a broad black belt with a gold-tone buckle, teamed with black suede boots.
The Duchess may be receiving a little bit of criticism for “recycling” the plum coat, since she also wore it last Christmas at Sandringham as a newly-wed, visiting Sandringham Church with the royal family, teaming the coat with a hat by designer Jane Corbett.
The formeralso visited the CRI Stockton Recovery Service on October 10, as well as Elswick Park, where she visited a community garden.
