On round two of the battle rounds on “The Voice” five more battle were held but only three were featured on the hour long show.

First up was team Cee Lo with Arkansas country boy Cody Belew and Hip-Hop dancer Domo. The pair did more than just sing “Telephone” by Lady Gaga, they put on a full performance. Cee Lo said that he had a singer that could dance and a dancer that could sing; and wanted to see the complete package. Once the battle was over, the two hugged each other. Blake noted that there wasn’t a stage presence problem with the pair; adding that it was a really cool thing. Christina said they were not going down without a fight. Cee Lo said the pair made him smile but felt they had put more into the choreography than in the song. Cee Lo chose to keep Cody on his team No one chose to steal Domo.

Christina chose Aquile and 15 year old Natalie Herndandez to perform the James Morrison hit “You Give Me Something”. During rehearsals Billie Joe Armstrong said that Aquile sounded better than the original record. Cee Lo thought it was a great rendition of the song; adding that he loved it and thought Aquile gave the perfect perforance. Adam said it was a pleasure to watch them sing. Blake said Aquile was just awesome and Natatlie was amazing for 15. Saying she had a soft spot for both singers but chose to keep Aquile on her team. No one chose to steal Natalie.

In a battle performance that was not featured on the air, Celica Westbrook and Lisa Scinta battled it out. Christina chose to keep Celica on her team. Lisa was not stolen.

In another battle that was not featured on the air, Blake chose to pit Charlie Rey and Rudy Parris against one another with Blake choosing to keep grandpa Rudy Parris.

In the final performance of the night Adam chose Melanie Martinez and Caitlin Michele for a performance of “Lights” by Elle Goulding. Mento Mary J Blige said that Melanie shocked her. Blake said it was hard to know who was better. Christina said it was the prettiest and most moving performance of the day; with not right or wrong choice. Cee Lo said it was a beautiful song that the girls performed with conviction; adding the both girls deserved to stay. Adam noted that the girls could not have impressed him more. He chose to save Melanie because she moved him the most.

With the decision made, the steal was on; Blake and Cee Lo both pushed their buttons for Caitlin. She chose to join Cee Lo’s team.

When the show airs next week the battle rounds continue.
