Guy Ritchie proposes to pregnant girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley

Guy Ritchie is a happy man, as his pregnant girlfriend, Jacqui Ainsley, has accepted his wedding proposal. Paparazzi had a glimpse of the diamond ring that Ainsley proudly flashed on her ring finger as the long-term couple was spotted out on a dinner date Sunday at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles.

According to reports, 44-year-old Guy Ritchie is set to walk down the aisle again after he popped the all-important question to his girlfriend, 30-year-old Jacqui Ainsley, who is expecting their second child. There has been no word on when the nuptials will take place.

The pair has been dating since April 2010. Ainsley, who hails from Southend in Essex, revealed her growing bump and announced her pregnancy at the red carpet premiere of “The Dark Knight Rises” back in July. The couple is already parents to 1-year-old son Rafael.

British director Guy Ritchie was previously married to Madonna. The famous pair called it quits after eight years of marriage in 2008, after becoming parents to two sons, Rocco, and an adopted son, David.

Ritchie tied the knot with the 54-year-old pop legend at Skibo Castle in Scotland in an extravagant ceremony. However, the union didn’t last for long and the duo announced their separation in 2008 in a public statement declaring that they “can’t bear to live with the pretense any longer.”

In December 2008, Madonna's spokeswoman revealed in a statement that the singer had agreed to a divorce settlement with Guy Ritchie, the terms of which granted him between £50million and £60million. The couple entered into a compromise agreement for their sons, who divide their time between Ritchie’s home in London and Madonna’s in New York.

Speaking about his life with the superstar in an interview with Details magazine last year, Guy Ritchie admitted that although he had a great marital life with Madonna, his marriage became something of a "soap opera" as time went by.

He told the publication, “I enjoyed my first marriage. It’s definitely not something I regret.”

The “Sherlock Holmes” director went on, “The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take. But you move on, don’t you? You’re right, I stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long period of my life.”
