How did the Egyptians achieve victory on Israel in 1973 6th of Oct ?

The third factor , it is the efficiency and political skill made by Sadat in creating the Arab and international theater of the war, and at the same time ingenious plan for strategic deception, Israelis thought , that nothing will happen.
