Anand Krishna has been on a hunger strike since the Judge issued his arrest on 9 March 2011. This strike is not an act of sulkiness. Under no circumstances he demanded that the arrest be deferred. He allowed a person to enter the closed trial to accommodate external demand. 5. During one of the trials, the Judge exclaimed, "(If you want to present expert witnesses) You better prepare your ammunition!" 6.
