COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (Thu, Oct. 04) - Sri Lanka has won the toss and batting first with a single change as Rangana Herath will replace Akila Dananjaya; while Pakistan have left out Abdul Razzaq again for Sohail Tanvir.

After a comprehensive victory over mighty Australians, confident Pakistan is ready take on Sri Lanka in the first semi-final of the ICC World Twenty20 today here at R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.

The Pakistan vs Sri Lanka match will start within 15 minutes . Former champions Pakistan, the only team to reach in semi-finals of all T20 World Cups, will look to reach their third ICC World Twenty20 final in four editions.

The contest will be real test of batsmen against the quality spinners from the both sides on a turning pitch. And bowlers like Saeed Ajmal, Ajantha Mendis and young and enthusiastic Raza Hassan will be real treat to watch.

Top class batsmen from both sides - like Tillekaratne Dilshan, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara from Sri Lanka and Muhammad Hafeez, Nasir Jamshed, Umar Akmal and Kamran Akmal from Pakistan - will be tested for some world class spinning and swinging deliveries.
