Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has been highly critical of U.S. policy to other countries, especially Iraq and Libya.

Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe said the U.S. and NATO abusing UN Security Council to open the air strikes in Libya to help rebel forces defeated the forces loyal to the late Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi .
