The Tour Championship 2012 PGA Tour Leaderboard results are in. Brandt Snedeker survive the crunch time on Tour Championship 2012 to stay on top of PGA Tour Leaderboard finale in East Lake. Brandt Snedeker shot a 2-under 68 in Sunday’s final round to win the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola and the FedExCup title.

I'ts been unpredictable Tour Championship this year at East Lake but Justin Rose is the only steady player all through four rounds. We've seen Tiger Woods started strong on Thursday sharing the lead with Rose. Jim Furyk took over the leaderboard on Friday while Tiger Woods fell to 12the place and never recover while Rory McIlroy never threatens the top spot.

American Brandt Snedeker and Ryan Moore took over the leaderboard on Saturday almost sharing leads with Justin Rose. Snedeker hopes he can finally break through Sunday with just narrow lead, “I’ve never had a lead going into Sunday and won,” said the member of US Ryder Cup.

On Saturday's round maybe this is it, Snedeker scorecard has his own streak of 3s, though he missed birdie putts on the first four holes before dropping birdie on the par-4 fifth. He made five more birdies and did not have a bogey on his going on today's finale.

On the 4th round, Snedeker missed birdie putts early before making one on third hole but with two pars in between, he double-bogeyed at 6th hole before making another birdie at 8th.

Trailing behind him closely is Ryan Moore and Justin Rose. Moore was almost flawless on Saturday's round making six birdies and just one bogey at 17 hole.

On the thrilling final round Moore is seen grabbing the lead in the leaderboard at the end of 15th hole with 3 holes to go. He made two birdie putts straight on 14th and 15th hole, this time all he have to do is making pars to survive on crunch time. But Moore stumbled big time making three successive bogeys in total meltdown to end his chances.

Justin Rose who's been the only steady player in this tournament stumbles early today making successive bogeys on 5th and 6th before making two birdies and a bogey at 17th, yet still made solo second in the tournament.
