Pakistan train collision : Two dead, 100 injured

Two trains, Shalimar Express and Millat Express got hit in Bin Qasim Town in Karachi near the station. 3 people died along with the railway servant whereas more than hundred got injured. The ones who died includes driver and guard of Shalimar Express . Its engine is also completely destroyed. The Governor of Sindh doctor Ishrat ul ibad have taken the notice of both the train's accident. He has asked for the detailed report. The incident took place at night in which no body was there to rescue the victims so they helped themselves. The trains at the Karachi stations were stopped and were delayed for several hours. The public and the social organizations have asked for the complete investigation of the accident .

The Commissioner of Karachi says that 1 died and several have been injured in the accident. According to the D. S.Railway Station Karachi, Amjad Rizwi, Shalimar Express hit the Millat Train from behind at Ghaghara Bhatak , 50 km from Karachi which destroyed the 2 compartments of Millat Train and also destroyed the engine of Shalimar Express. According to the D.S Railway Karachi, Millat Express has been going from Multan to Karachi and Shalimar Express was going from Lahore to Karachi. He also told the media that the Minister of Railway has given orders for the investigation of the accident. Federal General inspector of Railway will come to Karachi for the investigation. He said that the incident occurred due to the irresponsibility of the driver. The driver responsible for the accident is being searched.
