Monsoon rains has destroyed Sindh, hundreds of villages are underwater, ready crops are ruined and rescue works have stopped. Monsoon rains starting from 4 and 5 sep has destroyed sindh provice and also a new dumbness of sindh government has come forward. Provincial government without any survey declared Kherpur, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, and Kashmor red zone areas. Neither any survey was done nor any proper report was prepared. According to sources this could be an attempt to hide shortcomings of the management and government for flood 2010 because report from relief department was not awaited before declaring the 5 districts red zone. Assessment for houses, schools, homeless people, killed animals and wracked crops have not been done. At other hand many days have passed after they were declared disasters but still even a single rupee is not paid for relief work. At this situation the upset ministers have also written complaint letters to Chief Minister for not issuing relief funds. Rain water is still present in affected areas and viral diseases have also attacked. Relief work has stopped in affected areas and people are starving rather to have medical treatment.
