Part 18 gives a breakdown about dealing with racism. In the book of Esther, Haman attempted to wipe out the Jewish race during the reign of the Persian Empire. Instead of retaliating, Mordecai turned to God. Vengeance was eventually doled out against Haman; he was executed by Xerxes.
The second half of the page talks about the fall of the Assyrian Empire in Isaiah Chapters 36 and 37. Sennacherib attempted to wipe out the Jewish race, but lost his entire army of 186,000 overnight when vengeance was doled out against him. The moral of both of these stories is that whenever someone is being racist towards you, do not retaliate because curses always falls upon the heads of racists.
