Lindsay Lohan is accused of stealing jewelry -- specifically a $2500 necklace, and four security video surveillance cameras recorded it. Forensic video expert David Notowitz was asked by the television program The Insider to analyze these video recordings and offer his expert opinion regarding Lohan's guilt or innocence.
