As a United State born citizen who has lived and worked abroad, I know that federal law requires reporting to the IRS all income earned outside the US By reporting income from banks in Switzerland, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands in his 2010 and 2011 returns, when he paid about 13 percent of his vast income in taxes, one has to wonder if Romney reported all earnings from abroad in previous years. If he expects to replace President Obama, Romney needs to put the issue to rest by turning over 12 years of returns, as the honorable candidate George Romney did in 1968.
