The chief justice of the Canada says that the public has the difficulties in the access to the courts due to which the trust of the people on our justice system has the risk to be down. After the speech to the Canadian bar association’s annual press conference the justice Beverley McLachlin said to the press conference, that the access to the justice is base of the rule of law. If the people realized that they cannot get the justice so the respect of the law will get lose about them and their trend will change from the rule of the law. She said that this problem is almost in the civil courts the number of judges is less and the fees of the lawyers are very high. She said that she does not criticize some one but this is a reality and the providing of the justice is delayed. She requested to the government, judges and lawyers to find a solution for getting out of this situation.
