A French court ordered the Closer magazine on Tuesday to hand over all the topless photos of Kate Middleton within 24 hours. The French gossip magazine was also instructed not to publish topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge in future.
The publisher, Mondadori media group faces a fine of $2,600 in the case. Closer will also have to face a daily fine of $13,100 if it fails to hand over all digital copies of topless Kate Middleton images within the time period, reported the FOX News.
