Obama Discusses Libya Attack And Mitt Romney Comments In Telemundo Interview 9/12/2012

OBAMA’S OUTREACH TO THE MUSLIM WORLD are The Chickens Coming Home to Roost.

THE RESULTS of MASSIVE FOREIGN POLICY FAILURE is ballooning Anti-American Sentiment.

Jordan (Bush and Obama) 74 - 86

Pakistan (Bush and Obama) 60- 80

Egypt (Bush and Obama) 78 – 94

Two dozen Muslim countries rise up in anti-American rioting and terrorist attacks aimed to resurrect 9-11.

The anti-Muslim video had nothing to do with it.

Anti-American sentiment, having exploded since Obama took power, had everything to do with it.

History is rife with civilizational failure whenever an empire has overspent on itself rather than on expanding its influence, trade, and military might; and had collapsed in times of moral indifference and self-indulgent softening and appeasement of its enemies. Rome, Egypt and Greece comes to mind; in modern times Europe and America almost had their downfall during WWII and the Cold War.

It took men of courage and vision who kept trumpeting the impending dangers and helped their civilizations rise up to confront existential threats: Winston Churchill and Ronald Reagan were those men.

Today that man is Bibi Netenyahu.

Weeks before U.S. election, Mideast gives Obama perfect storm

(Reuters) - An eruption of violent unrest across the Middle East is confronting President Barack Obama with the most serious challenge yet to his efforts to keep the Arab Spring from morphing into a new wave of anti-Americanism - and he has few good options to prevent it.

Less than two months before the U.S. presidential election, a spate of attacks on embassies in Libya, Egypt and Yemen poses a huge dilemma for a U.S. leader who took office promising a "new beginning" with the Muslim world but has struggled to manage the transformation that has swept away many of the region's long-ruling dictators.

On top of that, even as he tries to fend off foreign policy criticism from Republican rival Mitt Romney, Obama is grappling with an escalating crisis in U.S.-Israeli relations over Iran's nuclear program and increased bloodshed in Syria, where President Bashar al-Assad has defied international calls to step aside.

Obama's Middle East woes deepened this week with a series of mob attacks on U.S. diplomatic compounds and the killing of America's ambassador to Libya. Demonstrators were incensed by a U.S.-made film they consider blasphemous to Islam.

Unfortunately, that last sentence had become the Obama Administration’s coordinated “talking point” on which Reuters and the mainstream media, Obama, UN ambassador Susan Rice and her boss Hillary Clinton had doubled down just as new information kept coming in to discredit their words.

The Mideast explosions were timed poorly for the president’s re-election just as information from several sources not coordinated with the White House but actually closer to the events on the ground have contradicted the administration’s “narrative.”

Our own intelligence services, locals living near the American embassy in Libya, and the Libyan president himself confirmed that the attacks took place BEFORE the protests had begun and appeared to have been organized and executed by coordinated militia operators.

In other words, the death of the American Ambassador was caused by a series of mishaps, incompetence and administrative negligence of the Obama Administration, the coverup for which is blaming a relatively unknown video that was pasted to You Tube by a Christian with fanatical anti-Muslim sentiments. Nevertheless, the administration is covering up for its negligence by doubling down on a false story on top of a fabricated narrative.

Libyan President Mohammed el-Magayeif said he believes Al Qaeda is responsible for the deadly attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans and that roughly 50 people have arrested in connection with the violence, according to two broadcast interviews Sunday.

Megaryef, president of the Libyan National Congress, also differed with the Obama administration’s position that the attacks that started Tuesday were sparked by an anti-Islamic video on the Internet.

In an interview with NPR, Megaryef said foreigners over the past few months have been infiltrating his country, which has been undergoing major changes since the uprising against the late dictator Muammar al-Qaddafi.

Megaryef says the attackers, whom he believes are connected to Al Qaeda, used the protests as a cover to attack the U.S. Consulate on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

The latest information, also mentioned by Megaryef in subsequent statements, is that the attackers in Libya used heavy weapons, including RPGs, none of which are usual attire for student protesters and successive attacks took place with both nearfield and longer range fire.

The riots in Egyp have had another genesis, and these were a series of protests having to do with freeing an Egyptian cleric, the Blind Sheikh, who was instrumental in the first World Trade Center attack in 1993, after which he was arrested with his mates and imprisoned.

CNN Ignores Real Goal of Cairo Riot

“Just before the crowd in Cairo, Egypt erupted in violence against the U.S. embassy there, CNN's cameras were in the capital interviewing protesters who said that the main purpose for their protest was to have Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman (known as the ‘Blind Sheik’) released from a U.S. prison. Yet as soon as the riots began, CNN began to push the false story that the riots were sparked by some low-budget American movie that denigrated the Prophet Muhammad.

CNN's Nic Robertson filmed an interview with a handful of Islamists right outside the U.S. embassy. One of those protesters that CNN interviewed was the Blind Sheik's brother, Mohamed al Zawahiri.

The Blind Sheik's brother had an absurd "peace plan" proposal that he thought would end the blood shed between Muslims and the west and it was this so-called plan for peace that formed the basis for CNN's report. But what is more interesting about the interview was that it serves as proof that the riots that happened hours later were not about any movie but were started in order to push for the release of The Blind Sheik.”

The Obama Administration’s attempts to coordinate and redirect attention from their failed Muslim Outreach foreign policy and the failed economy smack of desperation, over-reach, criminal negligence and organizational incompetence.

Had Obama immediately accepted responsibility for the massive failure for America losing the Mideast to Iranian hegemony, this story would have died down in days. However it now stands out in stark contrast to Obama’s promises to quell the Mideast's problems that will result in peace for all. Kumbaya.

This administration apparently believes that misinformation and exaggerations heaped on other lies and repeating these lies often enough will quiet voters who sit up and notice the distinction between promises and the results.

How is your APPEASEMENT and Muslim Outreach Policy working out for you Mr. Hope and Change as we BACKWARD to the 9th Century?

Winston Chruchill: “No Matter How Beautiful the Strategy, Occasionally We Should Look at the Results.”

UPDATE: Expect negotiations to begin right after the elections to release the Blind Sheik as a "good will gesture" and to quell the violence in Muslim lands.

The continuation of Obama's appeasement is like that of a buyer of securities who, finding that his massive investment in Enron is tanking and the stock is now worth one quarter what it was, decides to buy four times at much at the now-lower prices, throwing good money after the bad.
