Benazir Income Support Program’s director Farzana Raja said that nor there are any political motives behind Benazir Income Support Program and neither this program was started to attain victory in elections. This is purely for the benefit, welfare and prosperity of the masses and it is our wish that this program started by the government of people’s party will be continued by the future government.

In an interview she said that Benazir Income Support Program is approved by the Parliament and National Assembly after the passing of the bill. It is a legal program which is fully supported by Jamat_e_Islami and other political parties. As far as its opposition is considered some factions are afraid of its success. She said this program is a national treasure and it’s our wish that the program started by the people’s party will be continued by the future government she said as far as this program’s popularity is concerned. It is not only liked at national level but also international level. Its objective is completely clear and its aim is to promote Pakistan people’s prosperity and to eliminate poverty from the country.
