Damascus fighting broke out violently at dawn, concentrated in Harasta, a suburb northeast of the capital. Only on 15/9, on the whole territory of Syria have killed at least 115 people, of which most were civilians.

On 16/9. After the joint UN envoy - Arab League, Mr. Lakhdar Brahimi issued a warning about the impact of the crisis in Syria for world peace, fighting in Damascus and Aleppo - the two major cities of Syria , continue to take place between the Syrian Government forces with opposition fighters.
