The French magazine Closer, published several photos on it's Friday cover showing the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton sunbathing without the bikini top with Prince William in the Château d'Autet owned by the Queen's nephew, Lord Linley Southern France last week.
The cover image showing Duchess of Cambridge taking off her bikini top while smearing her husband's back . Inside the magazine there are another 5 pictures show Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton relaxing and enjoying the sun and the beaches of Provence which is the most popular honeymoon destinations for celebrities.
In the statement, the Royal Fam said the incident is "reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales". Kate and William who are currently on a tour of Asia and the Pacific have expressed their disgusted and disappointed to the press.
Later according to E online , Duchess of Cambridge has launched a legal action to sue Closer magazine over topless pictures. "legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the publishers of Closer Magazine France." St James's Palace confirms in a a statement released later in the day
The incident comes in less than a month when the U.S. portal “Tmz.com”published on Wednesday , August 22 two photographs showing the grandson of Britain's Queen Elizabeth, 27, completely naked in a hotel room in Las Vegas.
