The Hispanics celebrate the Hispanic culture in EE. UU.

The control of the United States, in a very correct one Spanish, I am invited to celebrate during one month the "Hispanic Inheritance".

I appreciate the deference, because as true Spaniard and proud of being it, I make it every day.

But of 50 million Hispanics they live in the United States of America, and they will have the opportunity, as every year of September 15 at October 15 to celebrate the wealth, the charisma and the diversity.

The origin of these celebrations this in the year 1968, when the President Lyndon B. Johnson declared one week in September like the National Week of the Hispanic Inheritance. This initial week, in 1988 extended to a whole month, of September 15 at October 15. And with these acts it is sought to honor the Hispanic inheritance of this country.

The beginning of the celebrations, September 15, it was not at random since in that date, and other next ones, the independence of five Latin American countries are celebrated: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. And Mexico celebrates its independence September 16 and Chile September 18. That is to say they are important dates for many countries of Latin America.
