Earlier today, the US District Attorney's Office in Chicago announced that a man was arrested yesterday evening in a failed bomb attempt.

Adel Daoud, 18, of Hillside, was apprehended by undercover FBI agents last night as he tried to detonate a car bomb in front of a Chicago downtown bar. What Daoud did not know that the agents were posing as Islamic extremists the whole time. Therefore, the device was fake.

Agents began the cover up in May when they contacted Daoud after he posted statements of jihad on the Internet. Messages were exchanged in which Daoud expressed that he wanted to blow up many different buildings within the city of Chicago.

Fortunately, he will not be able to carry out any part of his diabolical plan. He did not realize that attacking in my sphere of spiritual influence is impossible.

Here's a video of the breaking news.
