Pakistan: factory fire, 190 dead.

According to the Associated Press. On 12/9, a fire occurred at a shoe factory in the eastern city of Lahore and a garment factory in the southern city of Karachi. The firefighters said the reason so many people died because of both the lack of exits.

In the fire service in Karachi, Pakistan's economic center, authorities said at least 190 people were killed and about 100 others were rescued, but the total number of deaths may be increased by the dozens were still trapped in a burning building.

The dead and injured workers. Most people injured by jumping from high floors, including a pregnant 27-year-old woman.

The cause of the fire occurred when workers try to run the generator by electric power in the region, and the sparks from the generator have been exposed to the chemicals used in the manufacture of shoes lead to fire.
