Literacy Day Islamabad

Islamabad: On every 9th september,International Literacy day is being celebrated in the world with full devotion. Here in Pakistan,Chairperson Parlimentariy commission for Childs protection ,M.N.A Robina Qaim khan, said that I am not satisfied with the steps and policies what the current and Past Govts of Pakistan did for the field of education.Today, we are celebrating the World Literacy Day but here in Pakistan, eleven million children are those who are not going to school for education. Its pathetic figure for all of us.She was addressing in National Press Club, Islamabad, on the topic, "Education for all", organized by Institute, "Education and Awareness", in which he told that uptill now we have collected signature of one million parents and children.Aisha bilal, of this organization said in his adress that we have still collected one million signature of educated persons and now we will collect the data with their parent's signature who are not going to school .Then we will try to bring Govt's attention to constitution article 25 A for implementation.Let's hope for the best to change this current situation and to increase the literacy rate in Pakistan too which is 58 percent now.
